Edinburgh-born Eden Sinclair has enjoyed a 14 year career which has seen him chef in some of Edinburgh's top eateries, notably James Thompson's The Tower restaurant and The Gallery on the Mound.
His first Head Chef role, saw Eden successfully establish the new Glasshouse at Eskmills restaurant, winning the Remy Martin Restaurant Award for Restaurant of the Year 2008.
Eden then went on to become Executive Chef of the Olive Branch group of restaurants, his efforts resulting in a nomination for New Restaurant Chef of the Year 2009.
His most recent venture is The Cellar Door restaurant, where his concept of a premium steak restaurant downstairs combined with a chocolatier & patisserie upstairs is proving a winning combination. In the restaurant, Eden uses only the finest Scottish beef to serve up dishes like the Châteaubriand for two and his Surprise Menu gives food lovers a unique dining experience every time.
"Excellent British cuisine using the best local ingredients. Highly recommended"
"Culinary delight"
"Simply delicious!!!!"
